If you receive an item and you believe it's defective, please contact us. We put so much care and attention to each and every item and if the product is proven defective, we will replace your item. Each item is handmade to order, so we cannot accept returns due to lack of care or change of mind. Please pay attention to the care instructions. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 2 days of receiving your order and we can discuss and come to an agreement on how best to address it.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
